Working with Latino leaders to push our culture forward.
In a former life I worked alongside Chef as a Front of House counterpart. His passion and professionalism were second to none. As of late his diverse approach to the culinary scene in Denver has been impressive. His events are thoughtful and well executed in every facet. His passion extends to community involvement working on improving the ‘food deserts’ in our city. Always exited to see what he has going on and highly recommend.

Chef Edwin led three virtual Honduran cooking classes as a fundraising event for Serving at the Crossroads, a nonprofit which has a medical and dental clinic in Honduras. He was a great instructor -- very engaging, energetic, and knowledgeable. He walked us through the steps to make paella, which we made along with him. I had never made paella before and I happy to say that with Chef Edwin's instructional expertise, my paella was very delicious.

This place is AWESOME! Chef Sandoval puts his heart and soul into every dish he conceptualizes each week. The menu changes every week so it keeps you coming back for more. My only complaint is I wish they were open more nights and earlier so I could do dinner there more often. This is a must eat spot if you are in the know in Denver. Don’t wait, try some tasty grub there this week!
